LED screen advertising planning and buying
Out-of-home (OOH) advertising campaigns
Digital outdoor advertising (DOOH)
Paid advertising management
AI voice agent services
Marketing consultancy

3. Client Obligations

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate information
Make timely payments for services
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Provide necessary materials and approvals

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

Invoices are due within 30 days unless otherwise agreed
Late payments may incur additional charges
Some services may require deposits

5. Intellectual Property

All creative materials, strategies, and deliverables created by Keep Present Co. remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

6. Limitation of Liability

Keep Present Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement.
